This likely represents a division of the National Socialist Labor Service based in Braunschweig. The third is a German Red Cross Sisterhood badge. An oval badge with DEUTSCHES ROTES KREUZ SCHWESTERNSCHAFT surrounding a red cross and Nazi eagle. Each is marked on the back side.
