On the top there is a coin or a medallion featuring the profile of Empress surrounded by clear stones. Decorated with the monogram of Tsar Nicholas II set with clear stones. The exterior features central 1613 and 1913 dates set with clear stones. A hinged mechanism opens to reveal a mouse figurine resting on a green enameled interior. The box is resting on four ball shaped feet. Marked with manufacturer marks and 84 Russian silver standard. The item is accompanied by a fitted wooden presentation box.
