While it has a high mintage, approx. 1 million, finding them in MS66 is becoming harder due to the bag marks these coins typically suffered at the mint. The Chunky Style: 1983 was part of the original 1982 to 1995 design. These coins are thicker and smaller in diameter than the modern Libertads 36mm vs. the current 40mm.
