A large antique 19th century Mettlach Pottery punch bowl complete with a lid and a large underplate. The punch bowl features the Tavern scene signed, C. Warth for Christian Warth, German, 1820 to 1902.The body is flanked by two griffin form handles, rising on a small circular foot. The bowl and the underplate are both fully marked on the bottom.
